Interval Hell


3 Rounds for time, each round consists of
Run 200M, rest for the exact time it took you to run the 200M
Run 400M, rest for the exact time it took you to run the 400M
Run 800M,  rest for the exact time it took you to run the 800M

Maintain your speed evenly, don't go flat out on the first round and end the workout walking.  Try to go at the fastest pace you can maintain.  If your interval time falls more than 10% from your first round (if your first 400M split was 1:00 and your second was >1:06) do a 10 burpee penalty for each time it happens.
