Using a 35lb dumbbell in each hand:
10 Dumbbell Cleans
10 Dumbbell Push Press
20 Walking Lunges w/ Dumbbells.

Try and hold onto the Dumbbells the entire workout, 5 burpee penalty for every time you have to drop them (do burpees after the workout is over)
